Also, I finally got through to GreenBuild's HR about the local hiring numbers. Official count is 8%. They said they're "in conversations" with local trade schools but nothing signed. Honestly, I don't think they're prioritizing this at all.

One more thing. Tomás told me yesterday (off the record) that GreenBuild is shortlisted for the Metro Line 3 extension project. The bid decision is in May. If they get it, it's a 12M EUR contract — way bigger than ours. I asked him what that means for us and he said "nothing changes" but come on.

Sorry to keep dumping stuff on you. Just remembered — Councilor Ibarra's office called on Tuesday asking for "an update on the library square footage." I said I'd check and get back to them. Haven't done it yet. Want me to send them the numbers from the charter?
